Enrollment rises in Missoula K-8 classrooms as baby boomers' grandkids grow up

A quote from Fighting 4 Missoula in the comment section follows:

Hey, MCPS Trustees! How 's the rationale working out for you - you know, the rationale that you've been spouting about young families not being able to buy homes in the city? The rational that young families have to buy homes on the outskirts of MIssoula? The rationale that only people like Superintendent Clark are able to buy homes in Missoula? In meetings Clark would point to himself as an example of the only people who could buy a home in Missoula).

Hey, MCPS Trustees ! How's the sale of Roosevelt School working out for you - you, know, the school that you said that you didn't need and that it had come to the end of it's useful life even though another school was the same age? How's it working out when you have to build modulars and additions, some costing $1.9 million (Hawthorne addition) because you sold Roosevelt and closed so many schools. How's it working out when you cater to private schools, such as St. Joseph's School and the Missoula International School who take away so many of our students due to an upgrade in their facilities?

Every Trustee on the MCPS School Board needs to be held accountable for their horrific actions in the last decade and pay for all the adjustments that needed to be made after wreaking havoc due to their shortsighted facility decisions.

The long time Trustees, such as Rehbein, Toth, and Bixler have known about Larry Swanson's projections for years as he did free work for the district since I believe 2003.

Hey MCPS Trustees! Please do not make any more facility decisions. You have proved you are not up to the task.
